Quality evidence built around the product you are buying.

MICAWA connects documented management systems, in-house testing resources and production-stage inspection to support consistent bathroom product supply. Certification scope is reviewed by product and target market.

Quality control starts before production.

A certificate alone does not define whether a bathroom product is right for a market or project. Reliable sourcing begins with the exact model, technical specification, application and destination requirements.

MICAWA’s product R&D department, sample room, testing laboratory and integrated workshops support review from sample development through production, inspection, grading and export packing. The applicable inspection plan is aligned with the product category and confirmed order requirements.

Model-specificEvidence is matched to the exact model and configuration.
Process-controlledChecks are placed at relevant production and release stages.
Buyer-verifiableCurrent documents can be requested during specification review.

Testing resources for product verification.

Laboratory and workshop checks support sample validation, production improvement and final product review.

A practical control path from requirement to shipment.

The control points below describe the working framework. Exact tests, sampling levels and acceptance criteria are agreed according to product and order requirements.

  1. 01

    Requirement review

Target market, product model, dimensions, materials, functions, packaging and applicable documentation are confirmed before sampling or production.

  2. 02

    Sample validation

Samples are reviewed against the agreed specification. Functional or appearance issues can be identified before the order moves to mass production.

  3. 03

    In-process control

Key production stages are checked within the relevant workshop, including ceramic forming and firing, furniture assembly, faucet finishing and product assembly.

  4. 04

    Final inspection

Finished products are checked for appearance, dimensions, assembly and product-relevant performance before grading and packing.

  5. 05

    Packing & release

Approved products are packed to the confirmed export requirement, staged by order and released for container loading.

Different products require different checks.

A complete bathroom range cannot be assessed with one generic checklist. Product-relevant criteria are reviewed for each category and agreed specification.

Questions buyers should ask about quality evidence.

Use these points early in your sourcing discussion so the required documents and checks can be aligned with your order.

Can MICAWA provide certificates before an order?

Relevant company-supplied documents can be shared during the inquiry and specification-review process. Availability and applicability depend on the exact product, model and target market.

Does CCC certification cover every smart toilet?

No. CCC evidence is model-specific. The model number, electrical configuration and other identifying information should match the scope stated in the current certificate.

Can buyers define their own inspection requirements?

Inspection items, acceptance criteria and any third-party inspection requirements should be discussed before order confirmation so they can be included in the quality plan and quotation.

What information helps MICAWA prepare a quality plan?

Provide the model or product brief, target market, applicable standards, performance requirements, appearance criteria, packaging needs, order quantity and any required reports or inspections.
