Supply Chain Control for Fast-Track Construction
MICAWA tied production batches directly to the developer's phased handover schedule:
- Products were packaged, labeled, and palleted by unit type and floor level.
- Installation manuals, technical specifications, and MEP cut sheets were supplied ahead of physical product delivery.
- On-site teams avoided sorting and staging delays, moving pallets directly from the loading dock to the designated apartment units.
